We had a wonderful time staying in a Heritage Queen Suite, enjoying the amazing breakfast and complimentary wine hour every evening! The laundry facilities were super handy, and the cozy lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads-up, the bathroom could use some updating, but overall, it was a fab experience. 😊

Ample kitchen facilities, stylish set-up overall, washer-dryer convenience
The reception areas could use some sprucing up!!! The carpet and bathroom vacuuming should be more frequent!!! Consider replacing the weak shower stream and addressing the toilet cistern issues for better comfort!!!

During our stay, we took a short stroll to the beautiful Queen Victoria Market, packed with delicious food stalls and local crafts. The hotel was immaculate, and the staff made us feel right at home, even accommodating our furry friend with open arms.
My kids wished there were more activities for younger ones.

Friendly staff made check-in smooth.
I was extremely disappointed with the bathroom situation. The shower over the narrow bath was dangerous, and I constantly bumped into the bath spout.

Spacious Heritage King Suite with a comfortable bed providing a cozy getaway. The hotel’s proximity to shopping and the river makes it an ideal base for exploring. Daily complimentary wine tastings add a charming touch to the evening hours.
The room felt dark, creating a slightly oppressive atmosphere despite its size, and the bathroom could really use a makeover to match modern standards. Also, the views aren't great. looking out on an alley with dumpsters isn't exactly picturesque. A swimming pool would have been an excellent addition to unwind after a long day.

The Heritage King Suite offered exceptional comfort, and the huge breakfast spread on the mezzanine was a highlight with its fresh-baked scones. The staff genuinely welcomed us, making our stay feel special, though limited views from the initial room were disappointing. Overall, the location was convenient for exploring nearby restaurants, but it felt like breakfast could be improved compared to others in the city.
